Our postnatal fitness classes honor the unique journey of motherhood, offering gentle yet effective workouts tailored to postpartum needs. Fit and Fierce Mamas
Our Fit and Fierce Mamas program is all about fun, safe workouts designed just for mums! We mix up strength training, cardio, and core exercises to help you bounce back, boost your energy, and rock that post-baby glow. At Birth Boutique, we’re here to help you rebuild fitness, improve your posture, and lift your spirits in a lively, supportive community. Whether you’re aiming to hit pre-pregnancy fitness goals or just want to feel amazing and energised, we’ve got your back on your journey to becoming your strongest, most confident self! We have two sessions to choose between. Our earlier session is perfect for mums with babies and older children whereas our later class is aimed at mums with babies under one.

Fit and Flow Mamas
Fit and Flow Mamas is a gentle, low-impact postnatal fitness class that allows new mothers to bond with their babies while restoring their strength and flexibility. Designed with the unique needs of postpartum bodies in mind, our sessions focus on low-impact exercises that improve core stability, enhance posture, and promote overall well-being. With your baby by your side, you'll engage in movements that are both soothing and strengthening, creating a serene and supportive atmosphere. Fit and Flow Mamas is the perfect way to nurture your body and connect with your little one, all while building a community of supportive mums.

Sling & Dance
Dance and Sling is a vibrant postnatal dance workout where you and your baby can move and groove together! There is no upper age limit to this class, as long as your baby is happy to be carried in a sling. Pop your little one into a comfy sling and get ready to dance your way to fitness with other mums. This fun, energetic class is designed to lift your mood, strengthen your body, and create special bonding moments with your baby. With upbeat music and easy-to-follow routines, you’ll have a blast getting fit while your baby enjoys the ride. Come join the fun, shake off the stress, and dance with your baby in a joyful, supportive community! Our personal trainer and dance teacher Jade is also a baby sling peer supporter and will ensure your baby is comfortably and safely supported in your sling.
