
PARENT AND BABY YOGA CLASSES
Designed for babies from 8 weeks to 6 months
Yoga helps to release blockages of tension in the body, tension can block the flow of energy and cause the body to tighten and become painful, and for example, a colicky baby may have tension in its digestive system.
Practising baby yoga has many benefits for babies, here are just a few of the benefits you may see.

What's included?
Our group classes are based at the clinic in Dunchurch, Rugby and are taught by experienced Hatha yoga instructor Claire Hewer. The room is clean, warm and welcoming, and a yoga mat will be provided. You do not need to have any previous experience in yoga to join the class. A consultation form will be completed prior to the first session to ensure suitability. After the class finishes, we are in the perfect location should you wish to head out for a hot drink and continue chatting as a group.
