TERMS AND CONDITIONS

APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time, however treatments will still be charged at full price.

 

CANCELLATIONS

To cancel or change an appointment a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required or a 50% charge may be applied. Appointments missed will be charged at full price

 

PRICES

All pricing subject to consultation. Our prices are subject to change without notice.

 

TREATMENTS

A consultation will be conducted prior to any treatment. If the practitioner does not feel the treatment is appropriate and another treatment is not suitable, the practitioner has the right to cancel the appointment.

GIFT VOUCHERS

  • This voucher can be put towards any of the services and treatments offered at Birth Boutique.

  • If the treatment chosen by the client exceeds the cost of the gift voucher this will need to be paid in full prior to the treatment. If the treatment is less than the amount on the gift voucher this will be a remaining balance to put towards a second treatment. Money will not be given in return if a treatment is under the value of the voucher cost.

  • Only one voucher can be used per treatment. 

  • The voucher is non-refundable and may not be returned in exchange for cash. If the baby is born prior to treatment a postnatal treatment will be offered instead up to 12 weeks after birth or the voucher can be put towards a postnatal class.

  • The voucher must be used within pregnancy or a maximum of 12 weeks after birth (if no pregnancy treatment has been given previously). If the client has received a treatment already in pregnancy then treatments can be offered up to 12 months postnatally. Treatments will not be offered after 12 weeks postnatal as this exceeds the amount of time a midwife can provide care within her role. 

  • A consultation will be provided prior to the treatment paid for. If the midwife feels that treatment is unsafe or inappropriate, a voucher can be put towards another service.

  • Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers

  • Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be refunded.

  • Birth Boutique does not guarantee availability. Clients are advised to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

  • In the unlikely event that the treatment needs to be cancelled and another appointment cannot be offered a full refund will be given.
