Sling & Dance Fitness
A beautifully relaxed, feel-good dance class for you and your baby, with your little one held close in a sling.
​At Birth Boutique, we designed The Little Space to host our baby massage classes, offering a warm and welcoming environment for bonding with your baby and making new friends.
Designed for babies from around 8 weeks, with no upper age limit - as long as they’re content being carried, they’re welcome.
​
Led by Jade - fitness instructor, dance teacher and peer sling supporter - this is your space to move, reset and enjoy your body again, gently and without pressure.
​
Expect carefully curated playlists, the option to request your favourite songs, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere where nothing needs to be perfect.
​
No experience needed. No expectations. Just come as you are.
​
Everything is baby-led, so you can pause, settle or feed whenever you need to, and take the class entirely at your own pace.
​
Afterwards, you’re invited to stay and enjoy tea and coffee within the hotel, with no rush to leave.
​
Make a morning of it - take a walk through the woodland grounds, stay for lunch, or even enjoy the spa pool (available at a small additional cost).
​
Time to chat, unwind and soak up a slower moment in a calm, beautifully designed setting.
