What's included?

Pregnancy massage is a chance to have some time just for you, especially when your body is working hard and you might be feeling a few aches and pains. My 90-minute massage gives us plenty of time to focus on the areas where you're feeling uncomfortable, whether that's your back, hips, shoulders or just general pregnancy tension. Every treatment is tailored to you, so we'll have a chat beforehand about how you're feeling and what you'd like to get out of your massage. As a midwife, I understand how your body changes throughout pregnancy and will make sure you're comfortable and well supported throughout your treatment. Where suitable, I can also select bespoke essential oils to complement your massage. An hour and a half to switch off, relax and let someone look after you for a change.
