Pregnancy and postnatal reflexology at Birth Boutique is offered as a 45-minute appointment, guided by consultation and midwife-led assessment.

Reflexology can be booked for relaxation, or to support a specific pregnancy concern where appropriate. All appointments are adapted to you, your pregnancy or postnatal recovery, and how you’re feeling on the day.
