Welcome to Our Birth Preparation and Baby Care Workshop at The Barn, Houlton! Join us for our one-day workshop, designed to give you all the essential knowledge and skills for labour, birth, and baby care—all in a warm, relaxed, and supportive environment. When: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Where: The Barn, Houlton Cost: £90 per couple This unbiased, evidence-based workshop is packed with everything you’d expect from a multi-week course but delivered in one engaging and efficient day. You’ll leave feeling confident, informed, and ready for the exciting journey ahead. Plus, we’ll send follow-up emails with additional resources to support you. Optional Add-Ons: Online Hypnobirthing and feeding sessions are available for just £19 each or £29 for both on select Wednesdays. Meet Your Team Our experienced team is here to ensure you feel supported every step of the way: Hannah – An experienced midwife and mum of five, Hannah leads the birth preparation sessions with warmth, practical advice, and encouragement. Louisa – A caring Doula, Norland Nanny, and mum of two, Louisa covers baby care and postnatal wellbeing with expert guidance and personal insights. Anna – A former midwife from Baby First Aid Warwickshire, Anna will teach you essential baby and child first aid skills, including CPR, choking, burns, and more. For extra support, Hannah also offers an online two-hour Hypnobirthing class with guided relaxations to practise at home. Why Choose Our Workshop?
