Welcome to Our Birth Preparation and Baby Care Workshop at The Barn, Houlton! We’re delighted to invite you to our one-day workshop, carefully designed to cover everything you need to know about labour, birth, and caring for your baby—all in a warm, relaxed, and supportive environment. When: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Where: The Barn, Houlton What’s Included: Everything you’d expect to learn from a multi-week course, all in one engaging and efficient day! Bonus Options: Add online Hypnobirthing and feeding sessions for just £20 each. Special Gift: Every couple receives a Baby First Aid voucher for a session with Anna at Naturally Baby. Cost: £90 per couple for the full day This unbiased, evidence-based workshop gives you all the tools and knowledge you need to feel confident and prepared. After the session, we’ll also send follow-up emails packed with extra tips and resources to support you on your journey. Meet Your Expert Team We’re here to guide and support you every step of the way: Hannah – An experienced midwife and proud mum of five, Hannah leads the birth preparation sessions with warmth, wisdom, and practical advice. She understands both the professional and personal sides of preparing for birth and is here to make sure you feel empowered and ready. Louisa – A compassionate Doula and Norland Nanny, as well as a mum of two, Louisa teaches the baby care and postnatal wellbeing sessions. Her years of experience supporting families and her personal insights make her the perfect guide for this important part of parenting. Anna – A former midwife from Baby First Aid Warwickshire, Anna teaches essential baby and child first aid skills, including CPR, choking, burns, and more, so you’ll feel prepared for any emergency. For extra support, Hannah also offers an online two-hour Hypnobirthing class. This session covers the basics of hypnobirthing and includes calming guided relaxations to help you practise at home.
