Classes are a great way to feel prepared, reassured and confident towards giving birth to your baby and in those first few months with your little one. We have a selection of antenatal and postnatal classes to choose from.



As a team of incredibly experienced practitioners we aim to provide you with specialised, up to date and evidence based information. In our antenatal classes we look forward to sharing our knowledge and wisdom as midwives, doulas and hypnobirthing teachers; we'll even share some funny stories along the way! Our postnatal classes are expert led by specialist massage therapists and fitness instructors.


A FREE online 1 hour class covering everything you need to know about early pregnancy and what to expect over the coming months

Our 5 week face to face course includes labour, feeding, postnatal recovery and Baby First Aid 


A 3 hour workshop teaching you the fundamentals of hypnobirthing with some beautiful relaxations to take away and use at home!

A beautiful way to bond with your baby. This 5 week course is designed for carers and babies from 6 weeks up to 6 months.

A gentle class that incorporates stretches and movement with your baby. This 5 week course is designed for carers and babies from 6 weeks up to 6 months.

As a first time mum, I was a little anxious about pregnancy, labour and the time afterwards but Hannah’s session really put my mind at ease. I completed the course feeling knowledgeable and more excited than ever to meet my little one soon! Hannah answered all of my questions (despite how silly some of them must have sounded!) and has been so supportive - even after the course. Highly recommend!
